Rapid-Set Concrete Work in Zion National Park

Western Concrete recently supported Interwest Electric (https://www.iecutah.net/) on a fiber installation project in Zion National Park.

After Interwest Electric installed the new conduit, our rapid-set volumetric trucks supplied flowable fill to bury and protect it. Flowable fill works well for utility projects because it flows easily around the line, fills empty spaces, and creates a stable base without requiring traditional soil compaction.

By working together, Interwest Electric and Western Concrete helped complete this important infrastructure project efficiently while minimizing disruption inside the park.
